We work with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to some of the most well-known global brands. No matter the size, we deliver personalised service and the highest quality candidates. Across my division, we recruit for permanent, freelance, and employed labour leasing solutions, depending on the need from our client. These are typically skilled candidates from both the local areas and further afield throughout Europe. We recruit across the digital and data disciplines and have a long background in development, project management, testing, and infrastructure. I have worked for nearly 12 years at Darwin, starting my recruitment journey in Germany before taking over our Swiss teams and Scandinavia more recently, which internally is around 30 consultants. My focus has always been on building long-term partnerships with our clients, with “partnership” being a key part in this. A lot of people forget the word “consultant” in the job title, but for me, that’s so important we provide that side to our clients, not just high-quality candidates. I’ve been on several companies' journeys to growth, and that’s been incredibly exciting and rewarding to be part of.
