Role Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You will guide the site team, coordinate resources, and act as the main contact on location.

This is a 6-12 month contract role, with a possible travel allowance for days worked in Moerdijk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily onsite activities and monitoring schedules;
• Leading, supporting and motivating field personnel;
• Reviewing work plans, drawings, and required materials;
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines;
• Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client;
• Tracking progress and reporting deviations or issues;
• Maintaining project documentation and monitoring costs.

Profile

• MBO+ or Bachelor‑level technical background;
• Several years of experience as a supervisor or in project coordination;
• Strong communication and organisational skills;
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities;
• Strong safety and quality awareness;
• Practical, solution‑driven, and able to handle pressure.
