Work Planner – A-Lanes A15

What are you going to do

As a Work Planner within the A-Lanes A15 project, you are not responsible for regular maintenance, but for the preparation and coordination of additional work projects resulting from the DBFM contract. This concerns new construction activities within a maintenance context – think of widening, additional installations or new constructions on and around the A15.

You work in a complex, performance-oriented environment with high demands on availability and safety. Together with the project teams, you ensure that additional work is well prepared, tightly planned and efficiently executed.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Work preparation of additional work projects within the A-Lanes A15 contract;
• Coordination with internal project teams, implementation, subcontractors and stakeholders;
• Drawing up schedules, work instructions and technical documents;
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks in the preparation and anticipating them;
• Ensuring safety and quality in design and implementation;
• Administrative support such as processing project data, progress and cost monitoring.

About A-Lanes A15

A-Lanes A15 manages and maintains 37 kilometers of highway infrastructure between Maasvlakte and Vaanplein in a long-term DBFM contract until 2035. The area includes the Botlek Bridge, tunnels, viaducts and installations. The focus is on performance-oriented maintenance, availability, safety and minimal traffic disruption within a technically complex and wide area.
