Technical Field Service Representative Level I:

Duties Include:
Perform repairs and maintenance on all types and models of Generator Sets.
Diagnose and repair engines, including those manufactured by Volvo, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, and MTU.
Troubleshoot, repair, and program switchgear.
Conduct thorough inspections, repairs, services, and load bank tests on equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service standards.
Ensure meticulous and timely completion of all job documentation.
Provide on-call services as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated experience of a minimum of four years in commercial/industrial environments, specializing in the maintenance of generators, engines, switchgear, and controllers. Familiarity with Volvo engines is advantageous.
Expectation of 20% overnight travel.
Successful completion of a DOT physical, background check, and drug screen.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
Competence in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook email/calendars.
Preference given to candidates with OEM Training, certification, and/or EGSA certification.
Responsibilities:

Salary – $32phr – $50phr
