Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction management for a hyperscale or colocation data center build.
• Coordinate with client representatives, general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Drive construction schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Manage change orders, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Ensure alignment with critical MEP and commissioning milestones.
• Support project handover and commissioning phases to ensure seamless operational readiness.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in mission critical / data center environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure standards.
• Ability to manage complex project schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to be on-site full-time in Texas.
