Common Interview Questions

The questions you are asked during your interviews will vary from employer to employer so it is not always easy to prepare your answers in advance. As the relationship between Darwin and the Hiring Managers we recruit for is as strong as our candidate partnerships, we will be able to give you a clear and accurate insight into what you should expect from the interviewer and in turn how you can best prepare for it.

Here are some of the typical questions you may be asked:

• Tell me about yourself?
• Why did you apply for the position?
• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
• What are your strengths and weaknesses?
• Tell me about a problem that you have solved?

Some interviewers tend to stick the stereotypical interview questions, such as the ones listed above, however others will asking more testing questions so be prepared to think on the spot.
