Here at Darwin we believe in spending more time with our candidates to better understand their needs and ambitions to ultimately supply them with the perfect job opportunity.

Our Methodology allows candidates to benefit from a thorough and professional service every time they interview through Darwin Recruitment, (See Methodology for more details).

Each candidate is assigned to a particular consultant who specialises in their field, who has a comprehensive understanding of the role and who, above all, has a history of successful placements in that particular area.

Prior to an interview we guarantee that candidates will be provided with;

  • Professional help in compiling an attractive and informative CV
  • Detailed preps before the interview, outlining the format that they can expect from all interviews
  • Advice on how to highlight your strengths and bring key points into conversation
  • Fully qualified job specifications, including directions to the clients offices and links to relevant URL's

By giving our candidates the best possible start to the interview process and ensuring they are confident from the outset we continue to look after each candidate throughout all interview stages, right up until the final outcome – be it positive or negative!

Along the way we aim to;

  • Provide extensive feedback from each interview, allowing candidates to understand why they were or were not successful.
  • Explain country specific information (Please see Useful links for more information) giving candidates a head start in working abroad.

This service is standard and is repeated for every single candidate.
The result will often be a successful placement but it is always a first class service with the hope that candidates feel confident to use us as their primary recruiter in the future.
