Paul Kirby Chief Executive Officer Paul began his recruitment career in 1999 with one of the UK fastest growing IT Recruitment organisations. Within a 2 year period Paul became the company’s top sales person and youngest ever manager. In 2001, Paul founded Darwin Recruitment with Daniel Mulholland and in his recent role as MD, Paul has steered the organisation through 10 years of consecutive growth, International expansion and a repeated presence in the UK Recruitment’s Top 100 and Fast Track 50 listings.
Daniel Mulholland Chief Development Officer Daniel graduated from Liverpool University in 1999 with a BA Hons, MBA and began his recruitment career in the same year with a Fast Track 100 international IT recruitment business. Daniel founded Darwin Recruitment with Paul Kirby in 2001 and has since set-up Darwin’s first International office in Amsterdam with plans to expand across Western Europe over the next 5 years.
David Higgins Board Member - Non-Executive Chairman David is a highly effective senior international business leader. His past roles and successes have seen him grow businesses significantly in terms of revenue and profits and expand a UK centric organisation to a global footprint covering EMEA, APAC & AMER. David has a proven track record in organic growth, strategic acquisitions & successful market floatation’s.
Chris Southgate Board Member - Company Secretary Chris began his career in Financial Services Industry with one of the City’s leading Merchant Banks before building his own Financial Services Company in 1987 specialising in Corporate Employee Benefits. Chris retired from the industry in 2007 and his company today lives on and now forms part of the largest of it’s kind in East Anglia. Chris has established many of the Accounting procedures and joined the Board in as Company Secretary in January, 2009.
David Northey Board Member - Finance Director As a former FD and CFO of Harvey Nash, David is an expert in International Finance, Offshoring, Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, TUPE's and large IT project bid management across EMEA, APAC & AMER. David has joined Darwin Recruitment at a very exciting stage of its International expansion plans.
